Many people want to feel good. Plain and simple. We want to feel good so we can simply enjoy life but this is probably not true…
The body has much more clarity of your life direction and choices than you may think.
Many humans have discovered the power of listening to what the body is actually saying.
But how does this action work? Is there a choice that you can actually hear with your mind? Is there inside voices that can guide to absolute health? Or can the body speak to you with some kind of physical activity that says “yes’ or “no” to a question that you ask.
For example, you need to make a choice for dinner. You’re feeling sick. And you’re not sure if you should drink a soup or eat a salad.
There are a few easy things you an do to immediately know the truth of what your body truthfully needs to recover from the sickness
Try the arm technique. Hold your arm out. And try pushing it down. If it goes down its no if it stays in place its yes. Stronger is more yes.
Try standing up. If the body leans forward is yes, backwards is no, not moving. Not right question or doesn’t matter.
Listen to your mind. Confirm with your knowing of yes or no with the body tricks. Or learn how to feel the vibration in your heart as yes or your gut as no.
